Upon purchasing a NICE, a fest ticket you will receive an email confirmation from MusicSpace. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received this email within 15 minutes.
It is important to keep this email safe — especially the unique order number — as this serves as your ticket to access the event.
Bring the email confirmation (printed or digital), along with a valid photo ID and a very NICE member of staff will check you in on the day of the event!
Until further notice, NICE, a fest will be requiring proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within 48hrs of attendance for entry into all NICE venues for the festival. We also ask that you wear a mask while not eating and drinking while in the venues. Thanks for keeping each other safe!
No refunds on tickets unless the event is postponed or canceled.
