Issues

We cannot change any information on an order once it has been shipped. If you made a mistake (incorrect shipping or changing qty), please email us with your order number and issue.

Shipping

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for order processing and an additional 5-­7 business days for delivery. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.

International shipments are subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees. We are not responsible for tariffs or custom fees. Please allow at least 4-­6 weeks for international orders to be delivered.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the package has been shipped.

Damages

Digital Music

Once you complete a purchase of downloadable music, the sale is final, complete, and non-refundable. Under no circumstances will the portion of your order that contains digital music be refundable.

Digital Tickets

Refunds on digital tickets are available 24 hours prior to the event start date and time. Once the event has started, the sale is final, complete, and non-refundable.
